Visitor Policy
Only the guests named in the reservation are allowed. No additional guests are permitted. OzVillas reserves the right to request that guests vacate the villa, cancel the reservation entirely, or demand the immediate evacuation of the villa before the end of the rental period if any of the companys’ rules are not observed.
Early Departure
No refunds will be given for early departures.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit will be required, in cash, from the guest at check-in. If the villa and its belongings are undamaged at the departure inspection, the cash deposit will be refunded.
Please Note
• It is recommend that guests arrive by car to avoid transportation issues during their stay at the villas.
• The villas’ pools are completely secluded from the outside, making them ideal for privacy loving families and honeymoon couples.
• OzVillas consists of two separate detached villas, Villa Olea and Villa Cedrus, each with its own garden and private pool.
• Barbecues are not permitted at the villas, due to the close proximity to the forest.
